Giorgia makes me feel comfortable even when I can’t get the correct words out. I finally had the opportunity to meet her in Palermo for the first time. It’s so much cooler getting to meet your teacher, especially when it’s in ITALY. She listened as I ordered lunch and helped correct me when I needed assistance. Giorgia was the instructor for a class of 10 US students who were studying in Palermo for 10 weeks. She always came to class with lots of energy and creative ideas for engaging the students in learning Italian. She even took them out in Palermo to practice buying coffee and clothing. Giorgia was flexible and friendly, and the students enjoyed coming to class every day.

Excellent teacher ! Giorgia is the teacher I needed: she's a good teacher (she is patient, she uses varied, dynamic exercises that make you learn), and she knows how to be challenging and push me to progress. Growing up half Italian I have always wanted to learn how to speak since I was a little girl. I am able to understand a little bit when people talk but never able to respond. Over the years I have tried many language learning apps with no success. Finally this summer I decided to try private lessons and it was the best decision I made. Every week I look forward to my lessons, they are always different, creative and the material is helpful for every day life and conversations. Giorgia is an excellent teacher! She is extremely patient and never makes you feel insecure. She makes every lesson fun while making sure that your foundational knowledge of Italian is being perfected. I have no doubt that with consistency I will reach my goal of being fluent in Italian. My experience with Giorgia has been 10/10. I would highly recommend lessons with her.
Phenomenal teacher! Giorgia is exceptionally patient and always works to both review previous work and introduce new lessons. If there was an A0 language level that is where I would've started, her English is great for helping explain key concepts and even when I am wrong or need additional help she never makes me feel bad about forgetting something. She works really hard to craft custom lessons and push me to learn without it feeling stressful. Can't recommend her enough, have learned a ton of the language along with cultural, food, and recommendations. I’m so happy to have found Giorgia as my teacher. She is easy-going, friendly & kind. She notices when I am unsure of a certain tense or vocabulary & then prepares a specific exercise to practice it in our next lesson. She is helping me to 'fill in the gaps' in my italian & therefore gain confidence in myself when speaking & writing it. I initially started to have lessons with Giorgia in preparation for a trip to Italy last June. It was a short-term plan in order to get my conversational Italian to a point where I could mix with locals. I found the lessons with Giorgia so helpful ( and also enjoyable) that I have recommenced these post-trip. Giorgia is an approachable, energetic and enthusiastic teacher. She never makes me feel silly when I stumble over my words. She provides lots of cultural and contemporary information whilst helping me improve my spoken Italian. I would highly recommend Giorgia for someone looking for a friendly teacher to help to improve their conversational Italian skills.
I arrived in Italy knowing just the basic Ciao, please, and thanks, and in 2 weeks l was able to figure out my way around town, I stayed 3 months in Palermo. Giorgia was a perfect teacher for me, quick witted, persistent, fun, and didn't allowed me to be lazy or complacent. I tried to switch to English during a conversation or during a tour in the city, but she didn't budge, she went back to speak and encouraged my Italian. She is very focused and charming, and a truly committed teacher. If you want to put the work and learn, try her.

Giorgia is such an incredible teacher!! I have been learning with her for just a little over a month and have made so much progress with her as my teacher! I went from knowing just some basic Italian words to being able to have conversations in Italian. Giorgia makes every lesson interesting and fun, and we learn about important topics (grammar, vocabulary, etc) but also talk about everyday things which helps to improve conversation skills. I met Giorgia when I began building my life in Palermo, I wanted to learn italian and found her on a search in Google. I couldn't have chosen better, not only Giorgia was always in a great mood, was knowledgeable and shared history and curiosities during her lessons, but she also made me learn italian in two weeks. I will always be grateful with life for finding such an angel on a hard homesickness and starting from scratch experience. My plans didn't work out and I needed to leave Italy in the end, but italiano language came with me ❤ Grazie Giorgia, mi manchi tantissimo 🥰
