At the time of this review, I have worked with Giacomo for eight months, and I have been extremely happy with each and every session. Giacomo is a natural teacher. He is aware of his students' learning goals and he tailors his teaching to meet their individual needs. He offers a wide variety of activities to keep his students engaged and moving forward in their learning. Giacomo recognizes when I need more work on particular aspects of Italian-language learning and he reviews those concepts and materials with me from time to time to ensure my success as a learner. Giacomo is punctual and organized, and he is an excellent communicator both during the lesson and also when handling the logistical aspects of online learning. I highly recommend Giacomo as your Italian tutor!

My name is Salmin I’m libyan living in London, I’ve always wanted to learn Italian language but due to my work circumstances and traveling never managed to do, finally I’ve started one to one Italian language lessons since October 2023 and still ongoing with Giacomo, I’ve learned a lot and still learning. Giacomo is extremely professional, cultured, punctual, encouraging and patient. Giacomo speaks fluent English which makes the learning process smooth. The classes vary between reading, speaking, and exercises which makes it more fun to learn. Will definitely recommend Giacomo to people who would like to learn Italian properly.
The mark of a great teacher is to make you learn things without even knowing when or how. Giacomo makes sure Italian is fun and easy and tailored to personal interests and hobbies. After 24 hours of Italian i can keep up a conversation when in the beginning i could only say yes or no. That says a lot. He is patient, kind and makes classes fun. On top of that, one of the coolest people I’ve ever met.
Giacomo and I have been conversing in Italian for nearly a year. During that time my conversational Italian has significantly improved. I look forward to each lesson. He is extremely patient putting up with my many mistakes. His lessons are very helpful usually geared towards a specific mistake I make during a conversation. His English is better than mine. His singing voice is definitely better. He is a very good listener giving you his undivided attention. He is very flexible always willing to accommodate my schedule. Despite being a few years older than he, I find him easy to relate to. He’s a young man with an old soul. Giacomo is an excellent teacher and an all around great guy.
I have had hourly lessons with Giacomo for almost a year now. I really enjoy the hour; Giacomo always makes it fun and interesting and the time flies. He thinks about the structure of each lesson so we use photos, videos, conversation etc to keep it varied. My Italian is improving and I am gaining more confidence in conversation. He is warm and friendly and I can’t recommend him enough. Grazie!

Giacomo is a very well prepared and competent teacher, he knows how to put you at ease from the very first meeting, creating a friendly relationship but always focused on improving the language. In my case, we shared and prepared together the best learning path to reach the goals I had set. I alternate between grammar lessons and pleasant speaking sessions on different topics. I really recommend him for his professionalism, helpfulness and (in my case) patience.
Giacomo is a very good teacher. We met during a language training course in the company where I work and I was so satisfied with him that I decided to continue with a one-to-one course. Covid didn't stop us, on the contrary! The online lessons have been as engaging as the traditional ones. The time with him goes fast: you learn "having fun" and that's really an added value. I have taken Italian lessons with Giacomo and I LOVE him because he has very well planned and structured lessons. I learn in a very fun and natural way. The classes are dynamic and original and in just a few classes I managed to have a good understanding of the language. Another great advantage for me is that he is a native teacher, so the pronunciation is better internalised, and he teaches you even colloquial uses of Italian. The classes with Giacomo are very motivating! He is a very patient and committed teacher, he makes me feel confident and accompanied in my learning process. The sessions are very fluid, entertaining and I always take away new knowledge, I'm delighted!
